Hi all

Just a quick message about arriving on deck in time for training.
Most of you will have heard me harping on about being on poolside in good time in order to engage in Dynamic W/ups.
I am going to advise all coaches that 10 mins of Dry Land must be done before entry to the pool is granted. In order to complete this all swimmers will have to arrive in good time for the session to start on time.
