With the
colder weather coming in and the increased training output I ask all Porty swimmers to take greater care of their health. Want to make sure you all stay fit and healthy.
1. Wrap up warm before and especially after training.
2. Make sure to get plenty of sleep, avoid late nights - Especially if you have morning training the next day.
3. Wash hands -Lot's of germs going around at this time of the year.
4. NO SHARING OF WATER BOTTLES- Common cause of mass squad illness.
