Thanks to Ciaran, Ellie and Rory for giving their time to film some of the skills and drills that are very much common place in the Top Squad sessions.
 
It is my aim to build a video catalogue of swimming drills/skills for our coaches and swimmers to view at their own leisure.
The sharing of ideas and information is vital at all ends of the club but as many of our coaches do not often get a chance to witness other squads at work I thought this would help bridge that gap.
